CALL FOR APPLICATIONS TO PARTICIPATE IN AN ARTIST RESIDENCY – SZEGED, HUNGARY
The Catholic Youth Foundation, in cooperation with its project partners, announces an artist residency program as part of the Parks4All project. The aim of the program is to explore, use, reinterpret, and creatively engage with the parks and green spaces around us through the arts. The project is co-financed by the Interreg VI-A IPA Hungary–Serbia Programme.
The proposed central theme of the residency program is NON-PLACE. Our goal is to create and present artworks that examine and reflect on the relationships / connections between personal and communal space, human and place, human and object, and physical and mental space through various forms of contemporary art.
What we offer:
• €500 to cover basic costs of artistic work
• Three meals per day between 16 and 30 April 2026
• Appropriate materials for the creation of the artwork
• An idyllic creative environment in Domaszék
There are no technical restrictions; the work created can be a visual art piece, a landscape design element, installation, performance, or anything else that can be interpreted in the context of the park/public green space and the festival taking place at Dugonics Square in Szeged as part of the Parks4All project.
What we expect: The artwork should be appropriate to the theme, visually engaging, suitable for the festival space, and resistant to weather conditions. The works will be exhibited at Dugonics Square in Szeged.
Artist residency dates: 16 April 2026 – 30 April 2026
Exhibition dates: same date as the festival – 30 April – 3 May 2026
Application requirements:
– Letter of motivation (maximum 1 A4 page, including the name, contact details, date of birth and place of residence of the creator(s))
– Professional portfolio
– Plan/idea for a work to be created on site or installed there.

Who can apply?
The call is open to any natural persons (or group of creators) under the age of 36, independent professional or semi-professional creators.
Applications are accepted for working groups of up to 3 people – average no. of age: 36. Groups can have participants from Hungary and/or Serbia.
Participation is based on individual work (technical instructors, mentors, and specialized assistance are not provided, although they may be available).
The working language of the artist residency is English.
By submitting the application, the applicants agree that they will implement their plans to the best of their ability, set up their artworks at the site no later than 14:00 on 30 April 2026, present them during the festival, and take responsibility for them.

PÁLYÁZATI FELHÍVÁS MŰVÉSZETI REZIDENCIÁN VALÓ RÉSZVÉTELHEZ – SZEGED, MAGYARORSZÁG
A Katolikus Ifjúsági Alapítvány projektpartnereivel együttműködésben művészeti rezidenciaprogramot hirdet a Parks4All projekt keretében. A program célja, hogy körülöttünk lévő parkokat, zöldterületeket egy új módon, a művészeteken keresztül dolgozzuk fel, használjuk, hasznosítsuk és újragondoljuk. A projektet az Interreg VI-A IPA Magyarország–Szerbia Program társfinanszírozza.
A rezidenciaprogram javasolt központi témája a NEM-HELY. Célunk olyan műalkotások létrehozása és bemutatása,melyek a személyes és a közösségi tér, az ember és hely , ember és tárgy valamint a fizikai és a mentális tér közötti kapcsolatokat /viszonyrendszereket vizsgálja és azokra reflektál a kortárs művészet különböző formáin keresztül.
Amit kínálunk:
- 500 euró az alkotói munka alapvető költségeinek fedezésére
- Napi három étkezés 2026. április 16. és április 30. között
- Megfelelő anyagot a alkotás kivitelezéséhez
- Idilli alkotói környeztet Domaszéken
Nincsenek technikai megkötéseink; a létrehozott alkotás lehet vizuális művészeti alkotás, tájépítészeti elem, installáció, performansz vagy bármi más, ami a park / nyilvános zöld tér és a szegedi Dugonics téren a Parks4All projekt keretében megvalósuló fesztivál kontextusában értelmezhető.
Amit elvárunk:
Az alkotás legyen a témához szabva, vizuálisan magával ragadó, és alkalmas a fesztivál terepéhez és ellenálló az időjárási viszonyokkal szemben. Az alkotások Szegeden a Dugonics téren kerülnek kiállításra.
A művészeti rezidencia időpontja: 2026. április 16.- 2026. április 30.
A kiállítás időpontja a fesztivállal megegyezik: 2026. április 30. – május 3. (rövidebb részvétel is lehetséges)

A pályázat benyújtásával a pályázók vállalják, hogy terveiket legjobb tudásuk szerint megvalósítják, alkotásaikat legkésőbb 2026. április 30-án 14 óráig a helyszínen felállítják, azokat a fesztivál ideje alatt bemutatják, és felelősséget vállalnak értük.

JOGI NYILATKOZAT

OTVORENI POZIV ZA UMETNIČKU REZIDENCIJU- SEGEDIN, MAĐARKSA
Catholic Youth Foundation, u saradnji sa svojim projektnim partnerima, objavljuje program umetničke rezidencije u okviru projekta Parks4All. Cilj programa je da parkove i zelene površine oko nas obradimo, koristimo, vrednujemo i preispitamo na novi način, kroz umetnost. Projekat je sufinansiran u okviru Interreg VI-A IPA programa Mađarska–Srbija.
Predložena centralna tema programa rezidencije je NON-PLACE (NE-MESTO). Naš cilj je stvaranje i predstavljanje umetničkih dela koja istražuju i ukazaju na različite odnose između ličnog i zajedničkog prostora, čoveka i mesta, čoveka i predmeta, kao i fizičkog i mentalnog prostora kroz različite forme savremene umetnosti.
Šta nudimo:
● 500 evra za pokriće osnovnih troškova umetničkog rada
● Tri obroka dnevno u periodu od 16. do 30. aprila 2026.
● Odgovarajući materijal za izvođenje umetničkog dela
● Idilično stvaralačko okruženje u Domaseku (Mađarska)
Nemamo tehničkih ograničenja; delo koje se stvori može biti vizuelno umetničko delo, element pejzažne arhitekture, instalacija, performans ili bilo šta drugo što može biti interpretirano u kontekstu parka/javnog zelenog prostora i festivala koji se realizuje u okviru projekta Parks4All na Dugonić trgu u Segedinu.
Šta očekujemo: Rad treba da bude prilagođen temi, vizuelno privlačan, pogodan za prostor festivala i otporan na vremenske uslove. Radovi će biti izloženi na Dugonić trgu u Segedinu.
Period umetničke rezidencije: 16. april 2026. – 30. april 2026.
Period izložbe: isti kao i festival: 30. april – 3. maj 2026.
Uslovi za prijavu:
– Motivaaciono pismo (maksimalno 1 A4 strana, sa imenom, kontakt podacima, datumom rođenja i mestom prebivališta autora/ke)
– Profesionalni portfolio
– Ideja/plan za rad koji će biti realizovan ili instaliran na licu mesta

Ko može da se prijavi?
Poziv je otvoren za fizička lica (ili grupe autora) mlađe od 36 godina, koji su profesionalni ili poluprofesionalni umetnici.
Prijave su moguće i za timove do 3 osobe – sa prosečnom starošću do 36 godina. Učesnici mogu biti iz Srbije i/ili Mađarske.
Učešće podrazumeva individualni rad – tehnička i mentorska podrška nisu obezbeđeni, iako mogu biti dostupni.
Radni jezik rezidencije je engleski.
Podnošenjem prijave, učesnici se obavezuju da će svoje planove realizovati u najboljoj mogućoj meri, postaviti svoje radove na licu mesta najkasnije do 30. aprila 2026. u 14:00 časova, predstaviti ih tokom trajanja festivala i preuzeti odgovornost za njih.
